Is God calling you to lead our charismatic evangelical Baptist church in South Woodford, North East London?
Do you have a heartfelt commitment to be led by the Spirit to empower our congregation to become more like Jesus and make a difference in our community?
Are you a strong communicator, interested in biblical study with a passion to preach?
We are seeking a passionate and Spirit-led Pastor to lead our church into its next season of mission and growth. Someone who:
● has a strong personal faith and clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry
● is a strategic thinker, good at building relationships, teams and inspiring and empowering leaders
● can connect support and guide others, with a pastoral heart
● is a gifted communicator and teacher of the Bible
● is outward looking with a family and community focus
● is spirit-led and rooted in God’s word with consistent godly character

Interim Children & Youth Pastor
12 month contract, £28-33k, 35 hours per week including Sunday mornings and evenings

Are you passionate about children and young people having a real relationship with Jesus? Do you enjoy building relationships, empowering teams, and growing young leaders? Do you want to be a key part of the community in the sweet spot of London, with easy access to the thriving city and to quiet spaces and nature? If so, you could be our next Interim Youth & Children Pastor.
It's exciting to see how God has blessed our children and youth work, and we are now looking to appoint someone full-time for an initial period of 12 months, with a view to the role becoming permanent. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating vision and empowering teams of volunteers to lead and disciple children and young people into a life of faith in Jesus.
We seek someone who is:
● a strategic thinker who is good at building relationships, teams, and developing young leaders
● passionate about children and young people (from birth to 18) and their families
● outward-looking with a family and community focus
● spirit-filled and rooted in God’s word
● able to work effectively with others
